Pricing is indicative and subject to site-specific engineering, gas pricing at financial close, and contract terms. Year 1 = 2027. Carbon liability calculated under Ontario EPS using performance standard 0.310 tCO2e/MWh (with stringency decline) and 2027 carbon price of $125/tCO2e (path $110 to $170 from 2026 through 2030). Carbon applies only when annual emissions exceed 50,000 tCO2e. RNG blend share is calculated to keep emissions below this threshold and scales with project size. Final pricing confirmed in term sheet.

02 · The case

Why this beats
waiting.

  1. 01

    No interconnection queue.

Grid interconnection for large loads in Ontario now exceeds five years. Our packages sit behind your meter, with no IESO queue, no transmission upgrade dependencies, and no shared cost allocation to other utility customers.

  2. 02

    Owned and operated.

Public Energy owns, operates, and maintains the generation packages on your site. We handle gas supply, dispatch, scheduled maintenance, and 24/7 monitoring. Power lands at your demarcation point. You focus on the data center.

  3. 03

    Modular and scalable.

Modular 1MW reciprocating engine packages. Phase in as load grows. Built-in N+1 redundancy without paying for unused capacity. Scale from 10 to 100 MW as your facility expands.

  4. 04

    Carbon strategy built in.

Choose pass-through gas, hedged gas, or an RNG blend sized to keep emissions below the 50,000 tCO2e Ontario EPS threshold. Operator-proven technology from a company that runs six distributed generation facilities in Ontario today.
